We want you to love your quilt — and we hope it becomes something you treasure for many years to come, perhaps even passing it down through generations.

If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a 30-day refund and returns period from the date you receive your order.

Returns & Refunds

If you would like to return your quilt within 30 days, please contact us with your order details and the reason for the return.

To be eligible for a refund, the quilt must be returned in its original condition, unused and undamaged, aside from any faults that were present when you received it.

Once we receive and inspect the returned quilt, we will let you know whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method.

Return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer unless the quilt is faulty or we have sent you the incorrect item.

We Repair for Generations

We believe quilts are made to be loved, lived with and passed down. We want our quilts to be loved for generations, which is why we are always happy to discuss repairing your quilt, no matter how long ago you purchased it.

If your quilt needs some attention after years of love, please get in touch. Depending on the type and cause of the damage, repairs may be carried out free of charge or for a fee.

We will always assess the quilt and discuss any repair costs with you before carrying out paid work.

Please look after your quilt, it deserves love and care. Following the recommended care instructions will help keep your quilt beautiful and ensure it can be enjoyed for years to come.

Faulty or Damaged Quilts

If your quilt arrives with a fault or develops a fault, please contact us as soon as possible with photographs and a description of the issue.

Depending on the type and cause of the fault, we may:

  • Repair the quilt free of charge;

  • Repair the quilt for a reasonable charge, where the issue is outside our responsibility or is caused by normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, or improper care; or

  • Where appropriate, offer a replacement or refund.

We will assess each quilt individually and will always discuss any repair charges with you before carrying out paid work.

Looking After Your Quilt

Our quilts are made to be used and enjoyed, but they do deserve a little love and care.

Please follow the care instructions provided with your quilt. Normal signs of a quilt being well-loved over time are part of its story, but proper care will help prevent unnecessary damage and keep it looking beautiful for generations.
