Shipping policy

All orders are shipped within the timeframe specified on each product listing. If no specific timeframe is indicated, orders will be dispatched within 2 working days.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number so you can follow its delivery.

We use The Courier Guy for all shipments.

If you choose to collect your order from the studio, please get in touch prior to collection to arrange a suitable time. Please note that the studio is not open to the public, and all visits are strictly by appointment only.
